Job Description 

At Agilence Inc., the Implementation Specialist ensures the successful planning, execution, and completion of software implementations for our customers. Acting as the primary project owner, you will lead customers through the onboarding process, from contract execution through full adoption of our platform. This role involves a mix of project management, process optimization, and customer success, requiring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. You will collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success) to ensure seamless execution and continuously refine best practices for implementation efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own the end-to-end implementation process, managing project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. 
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking dependencies, risks, and potential roadblocks. 
  • Lead project kickoff meetings and regular status updates, ensuring alignment between internal teams and customer stakeholders. 
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, escalating challenges as needed to drive timely resolutions. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to enhance implementation processes and remove friction points. 
  • Define and document implementation best practices, continuously improving workflows and standard operating procedures. 
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and drive continuous improvement. 
  • Facilitate customer training and knowledge transfer, ensuring full adoption of the platform. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for implementation-related questions, guiding customers through technical requirements, system integrations, and onboarding tasks. 

Requirements 

  • Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing complex implementations or enterprise software rollouts. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing customer expectations, technical constraints, and internal priorities. 
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-driven approach. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • High attention to detail, with a structured and methodical approach to project execution. 
  • Proficiency in project management tools, especially Jira 
  • Experience with CRM and documentation platforms (Salesforce, SharePoint, Confluence) is a plus. 
  • Understanding data integration, APIs, and SaaS deployment models is beneficial. 
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC) is preferred.
